Data Processing Agreement
This Data Processing Agreement (DPA) governs how Brio processes personal data on behalf of its users in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Data controller
You, the user, are the data controller. Brio acts as a data processor when handling your personal information to provide the service.
Data we process
We process your account information, fitness activity data, partner interactions, and payment data (via Stripe) solely to operate the Brio platform.
Sub-processors
We use Supabase for database hosting, Stripe for payment processing, and OpenAI for AI coaching features. Each sub-processor is bound by their own data protection agreements.
Your rights
